SimplyLaptopKeyboards.com sells mainly to the computer trade, although enquiries from private individuals are welcomed.

All items offered for sale have normal manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover modifications or damages caused by the customer or their agents. Our warranty does not cover damage caused during shipment to the customer. The carrier's own insurance should cover this.

Prices quoted for products are exclusive of VAT and do not cover postage costs, which are quoted separately. In order to ensure a high level of service, SimplyLaptopKeyboards.com reserves the right to select the shipping company to carry out the delivery and insist that all shipments are insured with the carrier for any damages incurred during shipping. This is non-negotiable.

If your item is in stock it will usually ship within 3 to 5 working days of the payment clearing.

We prefer payment by credit or debit card, via Paypal. Although we are happy to accept personal cheques, but these take longer to clear which will lead to a delay in shipping the order. In order to prevent fraud and thereby reduce overall costs, deliveries for credit card payments will only be shipped to the registered address of the credit card. For deliveries to alternative addresses payment will have to be by cheque.
